Today was a day of exhaustion and tremendous pain. Both Eli and I woke up to find our legs had turned to wood in the night, our feet were masses of blisters and bruises and our minds were muddled with the fog of a restless night.
We ate breakfast, planned the next day's trip to toledo and did some heavy duty research insuring that we would never again be stranded in a strange city with no way home but a terribly expensive taxi. And so the day went by, with us venturing out to Alcala but staying close to home and trying not to walk. Later Eli and I had a five plus hour long talk about all things, the future, marriage, kids, houses, finance, spiritual things and the CIA. After all that we went to bed.
